BBQ Bacon Cheese Curd Grilled Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices sourdough or multigrain bread
  • Pan spray or butter
  • Cheese curds
  • 6 slices pre-cooked bacon
  • Blues Hog® Original BBQ Sauce

Method

  1. Spray or butter one side of each bread slice.
  2. Place bread oiled-side down on a cooking screen.
  3. Evenly distribute cheese curds and bacon on both slices.
  4. Cook open-faced using oven settings above.
  5. Drizzle BBQ sauce over both sides, close sandwich, slice, and serve.

OVEN: Shuttle S1200

Oven Settings: Temperature: 485°F, Top Blower: 30%, Bottom Blower: 50%, Cook Time: 2:45.
