Sous Vide Truffle Steak Wings

Ingredients: 1 lb. chicken wings, 1 cup Bliss Truffle Steak Sauce, 2 tbsp. Parmesan & Black Garlic seasoning, and pinch of cayenne pepper 

Cooking Instructions
1. In a small bowl, mix the Bliss Truffle Steak Sauce with the Parmesan & Black Garlic seasoning. 
2. Add a pinch of cayenne pepper for a subtle kick and stir until well combined. 
3. Sous Vide Cooking: Place the wings in a vacuum-sealed or resealable bag with the mixture. Sous vide at temp 165 for 8 hrs. 
4. Cooling Process: After cooking, let the wings rest in a cooler until they reach room temperature or are fully chilled. 
5. Use seasoning as a finishing flavor over steak, burgers, or roasted vegetables for an umami-rich flavor boost.

MiLO  Temperature: 500, Blower %: 60, IR Top: Medium, IR Bottom: Low, Force Vent: Closed, Time: 4:00 
MiSA  Temperature: 500, Blower %: 80, Microwave %: 10, Time: 3:00
