The first thing that caught my eye was the versatility of the Ovention oven. We were redoing the grill area – we took out all of the fryers and we had an eye open for flexibility. For dinner we roast to roasted veggies and we’re doing lean proteins like pork tenderloins, chicken breast. The cod comes out, and it’s amazing!

The oven is very user-friendly, compared to the one we had before… It’s very simple. The guesswork is taken out. I was pleasantly surprised. It’s held up very well. There’s never been a glitch with it.

We have other ovens in our sites that we use for bakery/menu items. However, we needed an option for our pizza program. That is why we started to look at Ovention. Then we figured out that you can use the oven for basically anything, not just pizza. I love the Speed. Ventless. Easy Customization to our product specifications. It has solved problems and allowed us to expand our menu offerings. Product is always consistent, at each site. Being cooked exactly the same at each site. The oven does all the work. Nice part about this oven is if you are working during rush hours on pizza, you can easily just turn on the convection mode as well to get pizzas through faster. Totally recommend. Just due to overall ease of use, and the quality of the products the oven puts out. Not to mention all the different ways this oven can be used.

I love its consistency. It produces very consistent products piece after piece. It does its job.

The number one item I like most about the Ovention Double Milo 16 is the quality of our pizza everything is made from scratch the consistency that we receive every day I don’t have to be there to cook it. The performance of the oven is just been beyond what I thought it could be we’re cooking a fresh dough pizza in two minutes and 40 seconds and it’s just coming out perfect every time as good as a hearth oven. I couldn’t be happier with this oven in the space saving and the cost of saving on the ventilation it’s right in the middle of our dining room and it is performing in a space that’s never generated this kind of revenue before!

We LOVE everything about our Ovention Double-MiLO oven. It was quick and easy to install and set-up - even easier to use, program new recipes and make adjustments as needed. This oven cooks everything to delicious perfection. We have a small set-up, but this oven gets us through our busiest times stress-free with efficient cook times. Our Ovention oven helped us provide food choices that you would traditionally find in a kitchen with a deep fryer. Due to our configuration, we are not able to put a fryer in our kitchen. By leveraging the Ovention oven technology, we are able to offer several food items like chicken wings, mozzarella sticks, etc. that we would not have been able to do effectively without the oven. We can provide high quality food that was not possible without the oven. The footprint of the oven is perfect as we don’t have a large kitchen either, and the ease of use works great for our bartenders when they have to step in and cook food.

Ovention- has improved our overall quality of service and with the speed of production in our Pizza Stands. I would definitely recommend this equipment and product to any vendors looking to make any improvements to their Pizza service.
